The mother of children targeted in a one of a series of egg attacks on Jewish targets over the weekend in Brooklyn is speaking out.
Police said a synagogue was vandalized with eggs around 6 p.m. Saturday on Dahill Road in Borough Park.
“We are just not safe anymore. Just because we’re Jewish. And I feel this is racist,” the mother told CBS2’s Reena Roy.
She says her children were walking on the sidewalk when a group of strangers ran up and, according to police, threw an egg at a woman walking up a home’s front steps.
“They came home, and they were shaking and these guys ran after us. All of a sudden we saw eggs being thrown,” she said.
She did not want to be identified. It happened on 38th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn on Saturday night around 7 p.m.

The law doesn’t allow cops to do anything about these random acts. Time to bring back the JDL.

To the YWN headline writers: Are there any Chasidic mothers who are not mothers of children?
I would like to know what has happened to those that were arrested for similar incidents. Are they back out on the streets?
It would be nice to know if they are sitting in a jail cell where they belong. How about finding out what has happened to these thugs. That will let you know if anything is really being done to help the situation.
I think every Jew who is attacked or assaulted should scream “chaptzem!” and everyone who hears that cry should drop what they are doing and run to help like they did in the “good old times”. We should be there for each other. But instead of sticks and stones, these gangsters should be held down until dozens of eggs and boxes of tomatoes are thrown at them. To call Chaverim or Police is futile as the perps will be long gone and even if caught, the “justice system” won’t do much to teach them a lesson.
When the police chief says ” we can arrest till the cows come home, but they need an aggressive education” you know we are in deep trouble.
Maybe it is time for us to protect ourselves without the police. They can NOT do anything to effectively stop the attacks. These thugs come into our community to attack us because we don’t fight back. If a few of them would be caught on the spot and neutralized, maybe they would think twice about coming again.
This is a result of the antics of the state of Israel. The produce this hostility with their aggression.
Yes.it is the state of Israel’s fault. Because before it’s creation in 1948 Jews never, ever were subject to hateful attacks by non Jews. Oh wait…what’s this? The holocaust? Pogroms? The inquisition? The crusades?
Besides that why hasn’t the name of the “teen” who is 18 and a man by now supposedly being publish? I bet you he votes democrat.
