Prosecutors say a Brooklyn man will go to prison for insulting or assaulting three white men in three days, threatening to kill them while shouting anti-white profanities.
Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez announced Wednesday that Kevin Raphael was sentenced to 1½-3 years behind bars after pleading guilty to assault as a hate crime.
Prosecutors say that last July, he confronted a man walking on a Brooklyn street with his pregnant wife and asked “What are you looking at?” while pointing at his own waistband as if it held a gun.
The next day, on a bus, the DA says Raphael punched a law student in the face, screaming that he hated whites. The third victim — a doctor on another bus — suffered a concussion after being punched.

Why is he only getting a year and a half to 3 yrs in prison? When he gets out it’s not like he’s gonna stop hating whites
Let’s be clear: Assaulting is a crime, insulting is not. The fact that he insulted people is therefore irrelevant and shouldn’t be in the piece.

Whataktome – hes not going to jail for hating – hes going for hitting. Hating is not a criminal offense (yet)
The portion about the insults that he shouted was included in order to connect these three seemingly unconnected attacks (in which the connection is the assailant’s hatred against whites).
I was referring to the hitting, he wont stop being violent against whites after he leaves, once he acted against whites with force he most likely wont stop
To velicher: Hating is a crime. Hitting someone because he is a Jew and the hitter hates Jews is a “hate crime.” Hitting a Jew because you’re unhappy with life is assault and carries a smaller penalty than hitting a Jew because you hate Jews.
