Hundreds of Monsey Yeshiva students lined the streets to pay last respects to the late Monsey Fire Dept Chief Richard Lagarde on Tuesday.
Lagarde served the Monsey community for 47 years. he was also a Ramapo Town employee for nearly 35 years.
The funeral was on Wednesday, and a few Yeshivas brought their children out to show their respects to a local hero.

What a Kiddush Hashem.Wish my neighbors in Meah Shearim could show the same respect for the firefighters who risk their lives for them!
But to show respect to Jewish soldiers on Yom Hazikron?
