The Jewish owner of the largest beer distributor in the Tri-State area sold his Chometz for the second year in a row, and now he is celebrating what he did.
Mr. Simon Bergson announced Monday that he is giving out free beer to anyone making a Sholom Zochor this coming Shabbos (אחרי) and wishes everyone Mazel Tov on the birth of their new baby boys!
If you are making a Sholom Zocher this Shabbos, You can contact Rabbi Kalman Weinfeld by email [email protected]
Below is the video from before Pesach, of Mr Bergson announcing the sale for the second year in a row:
Reb Kalman Weinfeld had heard a Shabbos HaGadol drasha from Reb Don Yoel Levy of the OK last year, and decided to take it upon himself to see if he could speak to the owner. The owner took a liking to Reb Kalman and managed to make a tikkun. The owner of company took the matter quite seriously and calculated the value of the sale of the company for that period of time.
After the sale, Rabbis Weinfeld and Sternberg came to the office of Hagaon HaRav Dovid Feinstein. Rav Feinstein supported the sale last year and guided Rabbi Weinfeld with this year’s. He expressed his pleasure at the sale of the chametz and added his signature with the words:
“יש לסמוך על המכירה לכל הדעות שנעשית על פי מומחים בסידור מכירת חמץ”

Beautiful!
Despite what most think is a Kiddush Hashem, what this individual did to get the distributor to sell the chometz is ACTUALLY a Kiddush Hashem!
Next is the bourbon distribution and manufacturing chain. The work never ends…..
