A Sefer Torah with a value of $40,000 to $50,000 have been stolen from a Chabad Shul in Kenosha, WKBT reports. The local Police Sergeant tells Kenosha News that Congregation Bnei Zedek Chabad has just reported the theft, although the items likely were taken sometime before that. The report says that no other items were taken besides the Sefer Torah – not even the silver crown.
