(Click on image) From the Whitehouse Website: President George W. Bush signs a presidential proclamation Tuesday, April 15, 2008, in honor of Wednesday’s Education and Sharing Day, and highlighting the important work of the Chabad Lubavitch movement. The Chabad Lubavitch movement promotes global education, and since 1978, every President has signed an Education and Sharing Day proclamation.

I understand why YW posted this story here…what I don’t understand is why did Drudge report it. Why is this so newsworthy?
The “education and sharing day” was made in honor of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Because of how much he cared for every yid, anywhere around the globe.
The rebbe most left resembles rebbe Yehuda Teichtal, who now lives in Berlin.

Is it rebbe Teichtal, who appears on this image?
Thx.
