Two woman were mugged in the heart of the Flatbush Orthodox Jewish Community on Monday evening.
Sources tell YWN that the women were mugged in two separate incidents, taking place just minutes apart.
At approximately 6:30PM on Avenue N and East 18th Street, three suspects assaulted and mugged a woman. Her pocketbook was taken, and the suspects fled the scene. Just minutes later, the same suspects assaulted and mugged a woman on East 17 Street between Avenue’s M-N.
Thanks to an incredibly fast response by officers from the NYPD’s 70 Precinct, one of the suspects was found and taken into custody inside a building in the vicinity of Avenue M and East 16 Street. Both pocketbooks were found with the suspect, who is reportedly 16-years-old.
Police are looking for two additional suspects.
Thankfully, none of the injuries are life-threatening, with one woman suffering facial lacerations.
Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. We all know what will happen with these two legged ANIMALS, answer nothing,a criminal black robed swine calling himself a judge will release these vermin to wreak more havoc on women and children.

Time to get those shackles and chain up them boyz
Much as I respect your well-reasoned and kind characterizations of the people who committed these crimes, the fact is that violent crime has continued its long decline of the last 20+ years. One thing that has not declined is the persistent belief of some badly mistaken, simple-minded people that judges are loosing criminals on our communities.
