This heart-stopping dash-cam footage was taken on 16th Ave and 40th Street in Boro Park on Tuesday afternoon. It shows a Frum man pushing a baby stroller, possibly carrying his own child, into oncoming traffic. Baruch Hashem there were no injuries.

The guy is on a crosswalk, the car was supposed to stop for him!
How does a pedestrian expect a car going 35 or more mph to come to a sudden stop just because he/she decides decides to cross. The law must change in that the cross walk is only if you have a green.

I was out all most all day today in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and the number of times I see people darting across major roads during green lights, even with very fast oncoming cars, because they are too impatient to wait for lights to change to red, is petrifying to say the very least.
If this jerk wants to keep kill himself, that’s up to him, but why in heavens name is he pushing his child into oncoming traffic??????
Unfortunately, it’s pretty common to see parents use their kids to find out if there are any car coming when the light is actually green for the cars !!!!!!!
