When I attended Yeshiva Toras Emes in Los Angeles in the early 1960’s, we said the Pledge of Allegiance (with an American flag) every morning before class. Rabbi Judah Isaacsohn, ZT”L led us in the pledge.
beautiful! We should take a lesson from R’ shmuel
No news here. They’ve been doing it forever
Telz Cleveland and other yeshivas are also doing it as far as i know.
Toras Emes in Brooklyn had the same policy. Every day we pledged allegiance. It was in class by English.
I’m sorry, why would anyone be interested in watching this?
Wouldn’t it be nice if this wasn’t a news story. But unfortunately it is. There are not many schools anymore that truly get it on all levels.
At least no one took a knee during the anthem.
Neville: Are you still upset that the colonies declared their independence? Do you want us to sing G-d save the Queen instead?
Seems like the bochurim know it much better than our president
