ONE LESS JEW-HATER: Son Of Louis Farrakhan Dies At Family Home In Arizona

The Nation of Islam says the oldest son of Minister Louis Farrakhan has died.

The group’s Chicago headquarters says 60-year-old Louis Farrakhan Jr. died over the weekend at the family home in Phoenix.

A statement on the Nation of Islam’s website says the younger Farrakhan had a heart condition and it appears he died peacefully in his sleep.

The statement says he worked alongside his father in fulfilling the mission of the Nation of Islam.

“We thank Allah (God) for the life of Louis Jr., his contribution to rise of black and oppressed people and for touching so many of us in a deep and very personal way,” the statement said.

“He worked alongside his father and family in fulfilling the mission of the Hon. Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam and his dedication and sacrifice to our cause will never be forgotten.”

The Nation of Islam has espoused black nationalism and self-reliance since the 1930s, but the elder Farrakhan has been known for provocative comments many of which are anti-Semitic or against the U.S. government.

  1. “but the elder Farrakhan has been known for provocative comments many of which are anti-Semitic or against the U.S. government” – The implication here is that it is possible that only the father was a Jew Hater. The son could just have been an ordinary soldier of the Nation of Islam. “he worked alongside his father in fulfilling the mission of the Nation of Islam” and “The Nation of Islam has espoused black nationalism and self-reliance since the 1930s”. Not necessarily such terrible things.

Why am I pointing this out? Well maybe he wasn’t our friend. But since he also maybe wasn’t our greatest enemy, and considering the animosity that it generates among our actual enemies, is it really worthwhile to openly rejoice at the death of this Bossor Vadam, Tzelem Elokim, Maaseh Yado?

  2. the advice of the torah in parshas vayishlach (regarding confrontation with our enemies)has not changed.unfortunately it is not apparent in some of the comments.”rbosai mir ken tawn besser”
