LThousands are without power in Lakewood on Monday afternoon, after a power outage struck the area.

JCP&L is reporting approximately 13,000 customers in Howell and Lakewood are without power.

It is believed to be substation related and are working on resolving the issue.

TLS reports that the power is expected to be restored by 5:30PM.

Many traffic lights are out, so please drive through intersections with extra caution.
