In the city with one of the strongest gun control laws in the country? It does seem that gun control in an American locality correlated with gun crimes (and that places with the least restrictive gun laws have less gun crimes).
But yet the blacks don’t care. They keep voting and re-electing the WHITE Rahm Emanuel as their Mayor. He has a D before his name. That’s all that counts.
