White van at right is clearly in the wrong. He was parked in the cross lane blocking the byciclist from seeing any pedetrians.

Roads are busy in that part of the city. Looks like care & concern from both ends.
I wonder why when a non chasidic person commits a crime on chasidic person there is no criticism.

@Takes2-2tango, the cyclist had a red light!!!!
Why was the bicyclist speeding through a red light? This happens all to often.
As far as I know the bike is supposed to stop at a red light the same as a car.
