(Click HERE for photos) Flatbush Hatzolah is on the scene of an overturned vehicle on Avenue J and East 31st Street. Bichasdei Hashem, the driver of the vehicle only has minor injuries, and was helped out of the vehicle by civilians prior to the arrival of emergency services. There was a second vehicle which fled the scene – but was caught, and the driver arrested on Avenue I and Nostrand Avenue.
Her vehicle was involved in a prior accident on Avenue L and East 35th – and was fleeing the scene when involved in the overturn, which she also fled from.
