Reuters reports that at least eight power plants shut down in south Florida – causing an approximate four million people to lose their electricity.
The outage struck shortly after 1:00PM EST as scattered thunderstorms passed through the region.
In Palm Beach County, spotty outages ranged from Riviera Beach to Boca Raton
CBS4 reports that a substation equipment failure may have tripped two FPL nuclear power generator units at Turkey Point nuclear power plant Tuesday afternoon, creating a domino effect in the South Florida power grid which caused a massive outage along the east coast, from the Daytona Beach area into Monroe County.

#1 you’re terrible. How can you be happy when those are suffering?

Well, obviously Hashem has no problem with there being a Yeshiva and Jewish Community in North Miami Beach ( http://auction.ytcteam.net/?AID=yw2 ), because they weren’t effected!
ICHMEIN, there was little thought behind your comment. Do you think that the entire region should be condemned because of the pritzus in some areas? Are we any better here in New York? Are there no yeshivos and shuls and other worthy mosdos? Are we better than they?
IICHMEIN What could be better is that you could get run over by a bus! Thousands of Frum people live there.
Get a life.
IICHMEIN535, ur nuts!! many elderly (holocust survivers) yidden are there now!! wheres your saychul!
the unfortunate thing iichmein is that it is people like you who come down here from NY and give south florida such a bad name. how would you feel if your heat went out when its freezing up there?? amazing how disgusting people can be…and we wonder why the world is the way it is?!
B”H in Miami Beach there is light (& Air conditioning) The Miami Beach Community Kollel is in the middle of its annual Yarchei Kallah. I heard that Rav Keller came early from Chicago because of a snow storm there. Rav Yitzchok Sorotzkin is also supposed to give shiurim by the end of the week.
iichmein your comments are the words of a mental rabbit you have no heart and you dont think before you make noise u must be from atlanta
