An IDF soldier was seriously wounded on an IDF base when his colleagues gun accidentally discharged firing a bullet into his back. IDF Medics transported the soldier to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera.
According to Ynet, a preliminary investigation revealed that the soldier took part in the base’s routine weapons cleaning duty, during which a bullet was accidentally discharged from a weapon cleaned by another soldier, hitting the him in the back.

Rav Shach broke down and cried when he heard about that helicopter accident that killed over 70 soldiers years ago. The least we could do is stop and say a kapitel Tehilim. So how about posting Kapitel Chaf, Rav Editor, shlita?
