A man has been sentenced in Sullivan County Court to 2 1/2 to five years in state prison for his convictions of two counts of burglary in the third degree. Jeffrey Chack, 39, admitted to burglarizing a building in Camp Morris and stealing copper pipe, and to burglarizing an apartment on Heiden Road in the Town of Thompson.
YWN had reported HERE in December, that police said he cut out copper piping at Camp Morris, and had caused more than $5,000 in damage.
