An IDF Soldier has reportedly died suddenly at his training camp in Southern Israel. The soldier, whose name has not yet been released, went to his tent to rest following an exercise and R”L passed away.
MDA Medics, along with IDF Medics attempted to resuscitate him, but he was R”L pronounced dead at Soroka Hospital.
Unfortunately, there have been quite a few accidents involving IDF Soldiers which left soldiers R”L dead, or seriously injured. Just a month ago, YWN had reported a story (HERE) where an IDF soldier was R”L killed in a training exercise in the Arava Desert. In November 2007, there were four work-related accident which left soldiers injured [see HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE].
