Vancouver: Rare Internet Hate Crime Conviction


court hammer1.jpgA Canadian court handed down a rare conviction to a white supremacist for posting hate material against Jews & Blacks on the Internet. Noble was sentenced to four months in jail, plus restrictions on his use of computers for three years. The conviction by the British Columbia Supreme Court in western Canada, following a two-week trial, is extremely unusual.

  1. With Hashem’s help this will be a precedent for more of these evil people being brought to justice. Also, while the jail time is a little mild, the real chiddush is the computer restrictions. You can’t make people like him stop hating, but you can stop them from spreading that hatred.
