The story of Hanukkah is one of miracles, resilience, and faith. It teaches us that, even in the darkest of times, we must always seek the light in ourselves and our neighbors. May this Hanukkah bring health and happiness to all those who celebrate. https://t.co/MhMBT9vm2Y pic.twitter.com/BDaRs70A4t

Tonight, Jews around the world will gather to light the first of eight #Hanukkah candles commemorating the fight for freedom that began some 22 centuries ago in the land of Israel. May that light of freedom burn bright & may God bless the Jewish people, Israel & the U.S. pic.twitter.com/wdf3ZBhhZk

Here in London, our menorah stands side by side with our Christmas tree. We just don’t tolerate our diversity, we respect and celebrate it. #ChanukahSq17 #Chanukah pic.twitter.com/6c4DqrdaMr

How has Chanucah become a poppy show for goyim?
Chabad started it with their needlessly public menorahs but now it seems that communal bodies worldwide are jumping on the bandwagon, desperately courting politicians like children trying to impress their parents.
Surely Chanucah is a time when Yidden should re-affirm our commitment to our own very distinct and separate lifestyle; not pander to goyim and their ways.
