Following the Thursday morning assault and carjacking outside of Rabbi Eichenstein Shul in Baltimore, leading city officials held a press conference.
Baltimore Police Commissioner Davis, Mayor Pugh, and Councilman Yitzy Schleifer spoke to the media regarding the latest incident.
Commissioner Davis spoke about the repeat juvenile offenders – and spoke about a 10-year-old perpetrator that was taken into custody on Thursday morning.
As YWN reported – minutes after the incident happened – the victim was sitting in his vehicle when he was suddenly boxed in by two cars. He was then approached by multiple perpetrators who assaulted him, and took off with his car.
The victim was thankfully not seriously injured.
Baltimore Police along with Baltimore Shomrim were on the scene, and were canvassing the area in search of the vehicle(s).
The stolen vehicle is a Blue Hyundai Senata with Plate number 6CZ5735. The car was last seen headed towards Greenspring Ave.

It was really nice listening to this press conference as it touched on core issues like family, community, recreational center.
If I may add something these kids are probably not attending school.
Maybe we should reconsider the current school system to see if acadamics is for everyone.
Maybe some kids need schools that trains for a trade, handywork etc..
The second picture above has about twenty people in it. Isn’t there a better use of public time than standing gawking at a press conference? What need is there for a large press conference on an issue like this. The police department could just have released a statement.
