Today, over a dozen City and State legislators endorsed City Council candidate Kalman Yeger.
In addition to the support of Borough Presidents Eric Adams (Brooklyn), Gale Brewer (Manhattan), Ruben Diaz, Jr. (Bronx), and Melinda Katz, over a dozen legislators from across the city endorsed Kalman Yeger for City Council, including Assembly Member Peter J. Abbate, Jr., Council Member Andy Cohen, Assembly Member Steven H. Cymbrowitz, Council Member Rafael L. Espinal, Jr., Council Member Barry S. Grodenchik, State Senator Jesse Hamilton, Council Member Karen Koslowitz, Council Member Mark Levine, Council Member Alan Maisel, State Senator Kevin S. Parker, Council Member Helen Rosenthal, Assembly Member Nily Rozic, Council Member Mark Treyger, Assembly Member Helene E. Weinstein, and Assembly Member David Weprin.
Kalman Yeger is the Democratic nominee in the 44th Council District.

Abbate, Jr., Chair of the Assembly Committee on Governmental Employees. “In the many years that I have known him, I have had the opportunity to see that he is a man of great dedication and integrity. Kalman Yeger is the Conservative and Democratic parties’ nominee for City Council in Brooklyn’s 44th Council District (Boro Park, Midwood, and Bensonhurst).
