  1. I am thrilled! I love snow! I don’t have to teach tommorrow because of midterms! So, I can put on my boots and go over and play all day with my ainekel, in the snow! Yummy delicious!

  2. Once again the media has spent an entire 48 hours (every ten minutes on most radio stations) sensationalizing the fact that NYC will will be blanketed with 6 inches of snow come Monday morning. Just look out your window & see for yourself before putting on your snowboots (brooklyn residents will notice no snow on the ground and I suspect neither will Lakewood residents). So if you got up earlier than usual to shovel the snow in front of your house or to clean off your car & find that the snow eluded your area of residence, get off the internet & chap araayn ah pur minute lernen far davenin. By the way ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING IN NYC HAS BEEN SUSPENDED for the snow that never came.

  3. Let it snow! Let is snow! Ok… who cares if it ACTUALLY snows or not. But please… let them THINK it is going to snow. Think snow…. Think snow…. Think snow…. Again and again and again.

By now you might ask; is this guy out of his mind? No… Alternate side parking is SUSPENED today because it was SUPPOSED to snow.

Today I did not have to look for parking for an hour. Just drove up right in front of my office.

  4. Expecting snow and waking up to rain is like expecting Rudy to be elected President and waking up to – aah!!! – Hillary.

  5. Schools up in Monsey started on a 2 hour delay today, for no real reason, other than the fac tthat the jewish schools there follow – generally – the secular district in these mattters (and understandably so) and the secular ones scheduled a two hour delay.

The good part – everyone must have had a two hour delay b/c I had NO traffic on my way into work.

If global warming = no snow, I’m fully on board. If I can have winters of now snow and 65 degree Januarys (and Februarys)in return for the loss of some seals, polar bears, and lower Manhattan….well, I’m there.

  6. Ok somebody realy got this one wrong I looked out my window this morning at 5:00 expecting a mess and got nothing not even a dusting on the grass.
I need a job like this, you can be wrong 90% of the time, not only do you keep your job but everyone calls you a genius and a professional.

  7. They say its the first time the NYC sanitation department did such a gr8 job by cleaning up 8 inches of snow in such a short time. Even Canada is shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. #18 , apparantly the charedi schools in NJ and rockland county put huge faith in them because they cancelled school before the morning and school started 2 hours late without a stitch of snow on the ground.
