Live webcams trained on the White House spotted a peculiar scene on Sunday evening; strange red flashing lights coming from second story windows.
The flashing ended after around 20 minutes, leaving viewers wondering it’s source.
There was no official statement from the US Secret Service or the White House regarding the strange phenomenon.

It’s the Russians! Congress must probe Trump on this new scandal.
The WH press office issued a statement explaining the Trumpkopf was playing with a new toy he received as a gift from the Saudi government on his trip last week: its a small scale model of the real Presidential Limo which has a siren and flashing red strobe light. The Trumpkopf has been riding it all around the West Wing since he got home from the trip.
It’s probably just a reflection of something on the street.
