Hagaon HaRav Elya Brudny, Rosh Yeshiva of Mirrer Yeshiva spoke on Monday night at an urgent Amudim “addiction” event in Flatbush. Rav Brudny publicly denounced those who serve alcohol to minors at Simchas.
Other speakers at the event were Dr. Norman Blumenthal, Dr. Akiva Perlman, Zvi Gluck abd others.

Go to any kiddish
to “the little I know”. No, not even Purim (or Simchas Torah). Haven’t we heard enough horror stories about young teens ending up in hospitals? I personally have seen adults plying young kids full of booze and when I say something, they just laugh. Trust me, they’d stop laughing if it was their sons. The other vice that should be stopped is smoking. I know everyone in yeshiva thinks its cool to smoke, but it’s really dangerous.
