Hizbullah officials told the Kuwaiti media that it remains committed to Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad, adding the organization will not permit anyone to topple the current Syrian regime. Hizbullah rejects any and all accusations that Syrian government forces were behind the murders of over 300 people over the weekend and the injuring of over 1,500 citizens as alleged by the international community.
And finally, Hizbullah added it will defend Assad’s position even if this entails a military conflict with Israel. Terror organization leaders did not explain the connection regarding the last statement.
