The Belzer Rebbe Shlita has requested from his Chassidim, that no one should follow behind his car while driving to Teveria for the Yartzheit of his father the Admor Mibulgaria ZATZAL. The reason for this request, is that last year thousands of people made a motorcade of hundreds of cars – and unfortunately an accident occurred, with one car overturning – as reported HERE on YW.

How many will follow the directives of their rebbe!!! A lesson to be learnt.

#6 His father, Rav Mordechai m’Bulgari, was the brother of Rav Aharon Rokeach zt”l, the Rebbe of Belz. I know this does not answer your question, but I heard two questions in your post the second one being how the present Rebbe of Belz became the Rebbe.
Bulgarei is/was a town in Galicia; he was definitely NOT from Bulgaria!
I need to know why I am a Belzer moired.
Seriously, I have been trying for a long time to find out why Belzer chasidim were roidef the Bilgrayer Ruv, why they’re not happy with the current Rebbe, who is Bilgrayer Ruv’s son.
In the official Belzer bio, Bilgrayer Ruv is presented as a very getrayer brider to R’ Aron, big Talmid Chuchem, present with R’ Aron every step of the way of the Hatzuleh, why did the Chasidim see it differently?
