According to The Journal News, five Monsey residents are recovering today from carbon monoxide poisoning after a boiler malfunctioned in their Dolson Road home. Emergency personnel were called to the home at 7:30PM last evening after a carbon monoxide detector alerted residents to a problem. Five people in the home reported symptoms, including dizziness and nausea, and were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital by Spring Hill Ambulance, with assistance by Monsey Hatzolah.
Remember to always have a working carbon monoxide detector in your home!!
