CBS News has learned, that a task force of agencies will announce shortly that the massive Santiago Canyon Fire – which has caused an estimated $10 million in damage – is being officially declared an arson, and a $50,000 reward is being offered to find the arsonist. Investigators have identified two separate “points of origin” where they believe the fire was set.

$50,000 is a small amount for $10,000,000 worth of damage. it is only double the amount of the rward offered for the guy in lakewood

Are ALL the fires declared arson, in which case the total estimated damage exceeds $1 BILLION, or is the Santiago Canyon Fire – one of over a dozen fires in Southern California – declared arson?

According to Emanuel A. Winston, there is reason to believe that this was a terrorist attack by a sleeper unit of AL-QAEDA. The Arabs have used arson against Israel for many years. All of the major fires in Israel over the past twenty years have been terrorist, arson attacks.
It was only a few weeks ago that a retired Mossad agent, acting as a consultant to Congress warned that there were major terrorist attacks planed for all over America.

I want to know if anyone in the Jewish community was affected. I want to know if yeshivos were closed or synagogues were damaged or was any family displaced. There is a large Jewish population living over there.
I would need to disagree with # 5. New Orleans still exists today and they still have their crazy parades . The fire damage to Southern California was not in the heart of Hollywood where all the tumah eminates from, rather most of it in the San Diego area.
I think hashem is sending us a message that destruction in a huge magnitude can happen anywhere and when it does happen , it in no way reflects on where specificly it happens.
If according to your theory is true, then Tel Aviv, Netanya,Herzlia,Haifa will also have to be ” cleaned up” as well.
