NY State Police are on the scene at 5 Shinava Court in Kiyas Yoel of an attempted abduction of a 4 year-old child. Boruch Hashem, people witnessed the incident – and the abductor fled the scene. Police are looking for a red Ford being driven by a white male wearing red T-shirt and green pants. It is unclear if this incident actually occured inside an apartment.
