The NYPD has just called for a Level 1 response to Hicks Street, and Remsen Avenue (84th PCT) in regards to swastikas and other anti-Semitic messages found in Brooklyn Heights. The hate messages were found on two synagogues late Monday – and police spent most of the night investigating it.
The NYPD told WNBC, that “the swastikas were painted on the top of staircases of the two synagogues, both on Remsen Avenue. Three homes on Columbia Place were also defaced, and other anti-Semitic markings were spray painted on two cars in the area.”
The NYPD is treating the vandalism as a bias crime.

i feel that we jews (in the west) are “to comfortable”. just as our history shows we were in europe prior to hitlers rise. we MUST never forget that although we are americans, we are also,JEWS! non-jews will always see us as jews, first. anti-semitism IS on the rise. why do you think that is? is it because we’re americans or is it because we’re jews?
