Fallsburg, NY – Amanda Ward, candidate for Town of Fallsburg Justice, has been endorsed by the highly respected, retired Town Judge Isaac “Yits” Kantrowitz.. Citing her impressive resume, Judge Kantrowitz believes Amanda Ward is the best candidate for the job. “She has a law degree from Hofstra, she teaches at our community college, she is the Senior Director for Workforce Development at the Center for Discovery and she has an extensive community service background”, said the Judge. “Her reputation as a fair and compassionate person makes her perfect for the job”.
Amanda Ward thanked the judge for the endorsement and said it was quite an honor to be recognized by someone of his stature.
Judge Isaac Kantrowitz, known to all as “Yits”, spent 30 years on the bench in the Town of Fallsburg Court. Kantrowitz was so well respected, that upon his retirement, the Town Board decided to name the courtroom in his honor.
Amanda Ward, a life long resident of Fallsburg, is also endorsed by the Republican, Conservative and Independence Parties of Sullivan County as well as the New York State Troopers PBA.
