A trailer partially fell into a ditch on an exit ramp of Route 17, Wednesday afternoon. The incident happened around 1:00PM, at the 108 Exit ramp. The NY State Police was on the scene, and a heavy duty tow truck was in the process of pulling the trailer out. It is unknown if the weather played a part in this incident.
