A person was flown by chopper to a trauma center, after taking a serious fall. The incident happened at teh Ichud Bungalow Colony around 7:30PM, Sunday evening, when a person – possibly a construction worker – fell off a ladder. The fall was from a substantial height, and had a severe head injury. Catskills Hatzolah was on the scene, and requested a chopper to fly the victim.

The Monticello Fire Department secured a landing zone at the nearby Monticello High School. The victim was flown to the Westchester Trauma Center. His condition was unknown.
