A young child was airlifted after being struck b y a bus, Monday afternoon.

The incident happened around 6:00PM in Woodbourne, when the child was struck by a bus on 218 Firehouse Road, just in front of the Klausenberg Camp. Catskills Hatzolah arrived on the scene, and called for the medevac due to the extent of the injuries.

The child was flown to the Westchester Trauma Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
