Emergency personnel were on the scene of an MVA on Route 17B and Maplewood, Tuesday afternoon. Catskills Hatzolah, Mobilmedics, Monticello FD, and the Sullivan County Sheriff Department were all on the scene. Four people were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
