State police are investigating the crash of a small seaplane in upstate New York.

Troopers aren’t releasing any details about the plane that went down in woods after taking off from Masten Lake around 5 p.m. Tuesday in the Sullivan County village of Wurtsboro.

But a witness on the scene says two injured men were taken from the wreckage, treated and taken to a hospital.

The cause of the accident isn’t known.

Wurtsboro is 69 miles northwest of New York City.
