A Petach Tikvah mom in her forties, a mother of eight, gave birth on Wednesday in her home in her 35th week. She began to hemorrhage suddenly and experienced intense pain. She called for an ambulance and when the EMS personnel arrived, they found a stillborn boy and the team began CPR, but their efforts were unsuccessful. The mother was transported to a hospital in stable condition Baruch Hashem.
Hospital officials report it appears there was a complication in the pregnancy that resulted in the spontaneous birth to a still born in the 35th week, adding the case is rare indeed.
