The mashgiach who sustained serious injuries in a matzah factory before Pesach died of his massive injuries in Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah. The man, R’ Ofir Sharabi of Elad was crushed in a machine in the factory. He did on Sunday evening 23 Nissan at the age of 46.

As a result of the crushing injuries he sustained, a number of his major organs were severely compromised. Despite the efforts of a team of surgeons, they were unable to save him due to the extensive multi system trauma sustained.
