A large gathering of bnei Torah, rabbonim and magidei shiurim shlita were on hand Monday afternoon 10 Cheshvan 5774 for the levaya of HaGaon Rav Nechemia Malin ( מאלין) ZT”L, 94, founder of Yeshivas Knesses Yehuda in Sanhedria.
Born in Poland, the niftar was one of the last talmidim of Mir Shanghai. During WWII he was a talmid of HaGaon Rav Yechezkel Levinstein ZT”L and Maran Rav Baruch Dov Leibowitz ZT”L.
The levaya began at the niftar’s yeshiva and kvura was in Har HaZeisim.
