Prominent Pittsburgh Chassidus elder HaRav HaChossid Rav Yechiel Michel Leibowitz was niftar on Monday night the eve of 2 Menachem Av 5773 in Ashdod, at the age of 98. The niftar was close to the rebbe shlita and among the founders of the chassidish kehilla in Ashdod and the first chareidi city councilman in the city.
The levaya began at 22:00 on Monday night at the Pittsburg Yeshiva and kvura was in Har HaZeisim.

I rememeber him. We lived in Ashdod around 35 years ago and he and his wife lived in our Kehilla. A very nice and kind man. Besoros Tovos.
