We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr. Julius Klugmann this morning. R’ Yoel was well known for his avodas hakodesh for the klal. He was close with many gedolei yisroel and roshei yeshivos. The levaya will be held this afternoon at 90 Bennett Ave in Washington Heights 4:00pm.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Clara and sons Avrohom (Alfred) BP, Gavriel (Passaic) Dovid (Lakewood), Reuvain, Benyomin (Washington Heights), and Michoel (Toronto) and daughters Ester Bistricer (BP), Ruth Freundlich (Atlanta, Ga), Yehudis Fried (BP), Nomi Grunhut (Lkwd) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He published the pirushim of the Rokeach Al HaTorah and Sefer Remazim of Rabbeinu Yoel Al HaTorah and Rabbeinu Efrayim Al HaTorah. תנצבה.
In one of my many discussions with him he told me regarding klal work ” One has to be MESHUGA L’OSO DOVOR” to be matzliach.
