YWN regrets to inform you of the Petira of Rebbitzen Ruchama Brana (Brenda) Geldwirth A”H, the wife of Hagon HaRav Lipa Geldwirth Shlita, Mora D’asra of Khal Kol Torah in Flatbush, after an illness R”L.

Rebbitzen Geldwirth spent her life devoted to Chesed, and stood beside her husband with great Misiras Nefesh as he built a Shul which has turned into a tremendous Makom Torah and house of Chesed.

Reb Lipa has also been a Rebbe in Yeshiva Torah Temimah for many decades, where he has been Mechanech thousands upon thousands of Talmidim over the years.

She leaves behind a family of talmidei chachomim, masmidim, and ovdei Hashem, including two sons, and three daughters. Four children are married.

May she be a Maylitz Yosher for her entire Mispacha, and the entire Kehila.

The Levaya will be held on Thursday morning at Shomrei Hadas on 14th Avenue and 39th Street, at 10:00AM.

The Kevura will be in Queens.
