Rachmistrivka Chasidem celebrated a Historic Simcha on Tuesday, when the engagement of of the daughter of the Rachmistrivka Rebbe of Eretz Yisroel, was announced.

The Rebbe waited for more than twenty years after his Chasina until his only children – twin daghters -were born. Now the elder of the twins is engaged.

The chosson is Shmuel Avraham Abba Twersky, son of Harav Yakov Yosef Twersky of Borough Park,    who is the son of Harav Yoshua Twersky Zt”l son of Rachmistrivka Rebbe – Harav Yochonon Zata”l. Harav Yakov Yosef is the son in law of previous Skvere Rebbe of Flatbush Zt”l, and is an esteemed Talmid Chacham and greatly beloved figure in the court of his uncle, the Rachmistrivka Rebbe Shlita of Boro Park.

The Shidduch was finalized at the Home of the Rachmistrivka Rebbe Shlita on Rchov Chagai in Yerishalayim, at a small affair only for the close family.

Later on Tuesday afternoon 7PM, was held the ShimChas HaVort with the Leining of the Tenoyim, in Rachmistrivka Beis Midrash on Rchov Givat Moshe in Yerishalayim. It was attended by thousands of chassidim and many Rebbes and Rabbanim.
