Even Hapina Ceremony For Raintree/ Glen Pines Shul


raintree shul4.jpg(Click HERE for photos) This Sunday, January 6 the Lakewood community will celebrate the Hanochas Even Hapinah for the new Raintree/Glen Pines Shul.The shul will be named Bais Medrash Zichron Yechezkael in memory of R’ Yechezkael Golombeck Z”L, one of the pioneers of the Raintree community, who was niftar suddenly at the young age of 28, two years ago.

5 short years ago, there were no frum Yidden in the Raintree section of Lakewood. Today, Boruch Hashem the community is home to over 60 frum families, who are currently davening in people’s homes. Bais Medrash Zichron Yechezkael will be a vibrant Mokom Torah U’Tefillah that will help the neighborhood continue to grow and blossom for many years to come, B’Ezras Hashem.

The Hanochas Even Hapinah will be graced by the presence of The Lakewood Roshei Hayeshiva, The Mashgiach Rav Mattisyahu Salomon and other distinguished Rabbanim and guests from across Lakewood. Divrei Bracha will be heard from the Rosh Hayeshiva, The Mashgiach and Rav Simcha Rosenblatt, whose Yeshiva is located on Joe Parker Road in the Raintree/Glen Pines neighborhood.
