ZeesKiteParticipant
And I’m extremely grateful to be able to be up this morning at 8:20, having zonked in at 6:03 AM!
Grateful for the invention of COFFEE. I make it 500% proof. Dark, Dark, Dark. (active ingredients coffee.. water 10%, milk 5%). Doctor’s orders.. take 10 times a day, or until eyes fully open. Up to Kos Shlishi.
Grateful for the people in my environs, who understand my state of mind (or lack thereof), and respond compassionately!
April 7, 2011 3:19 pm at 3:19 pm in reply to: How long before Y"T does your house become Pesachdik? #1009500ZeesKiteParticipantI think this thread should be banned. It’s such a dangerous question. Think of the repercussions..
ZeesKiteParticipantZachKessin:
“The quality of the wedding has very little to do with the quality of the marriage.”
I beg to differ. In fact that is one of the reasons there is a Mitzva to make a Choson & Kallah happy at their wedding, I’m told, is for them to have something to bank on when times are rough. Sometimes they wonder if the whole deal was worth it… they remember how glad & happy they were at their Chasuna… peace is restored.
April 6, 2011 8:53 pm at 8:53 pm in reply to: Which Rov would you call if you wanted a Rov's slant on a major decision? #757657ZeesKiteParticipantDoes “our” Rav, HaRav Popa shlit”a take sha’alos?
ZeesKiteParticipantA posek has to be fluent in all languages! Did a good job!
ZeesKiteParticipantOh! Is it really a new day today? Not ready for another one just yet! (where was I holding? zzzzzz…..)
ZeesKiteParticipantBasYisroel94: We converse here politely. (most of us)
ZeesKiteParticipantOh, yes, by the way, I’m alive B”H. (in case you were wondering..)
ZeesKiteParticipantSoooo scary. No one else posting on a ‘thinking’ thread.
Wonder why..
ZeesKiteParticipantYes, after finishing room #2 / 8 (at 1:10 am), it’s easier to post. Could someone find my bed (what’s that) for me? Wanna dive DEEP!
ZeesKiteParticipantHow does one get bored. How much is it? I Giggled, couldn’t find a store nearest here – CR. Hey what’s the zip code?
Anyways do you mind listing the topics you can’t think about? We’ll start a thread for them – WITHOUT THINKING of course.
ZeesKiteParticipantSo lucky to be thinking. Me on the other hand..
ZeesKiteParticipantadorable: I think it’s a bad habit instilled in new-borns, selfish new parents don’t want to be bothered by baby’s cry, so they train him to sleep. SELFISH!
ZeesKiteParticipantBen Zuta (brought down in (Ibn) Even Ezra, Mishpatim) says he does, one ox charging (at) his friend. According to Even Ezra, the ox has only one friend…
ZeesKiteParticipantmbachur: they’re filled with hot air
ZeesKiteParticipantBig Math Problems:
Yeah, I got one.
Salary + $1,500.
Tuition – $3,000.
= $?,???.??
ZeesKiteParticipantHaLeiVi:
If You.Happy(true) And You.Know(true) then You.Hands(Join,Clap)
ZeesKiteParticipantMOMMY MODS? Referring to MY Mommy?
Never been one. Maybe me… One day…
April 5, 2011 3:25 pm at 3:25 pm in reply to: Avraham, are we the children that you dreamed of? #1133810ZeesKiteParticipantI once heard something to that effect. In Amidah we say ????? ???? ???? ?????. Who is the children, who are the children’s children. I can’t remember this piece offhand.
ZeesKiteParticipantWhat does one do if all clients are friends?!?
ZeesKiteParticipantSister Bear
I love instructing a computer – it’s the only one who listens to me.
ZeesKiteParticipantsmileyface136: Too bad! Mommy lets me (for another few minutes.. time out, I had to look for the ‘!’ key).
ZeesKiteParticipantmbachur:
OK. {Add Instruction}
[If Month=Av then Simcha=Simcha-1]
ZeesKiteParticipantAgain?
ZeesKiteParticipantAinOhdMilvado:
Actually I never revealed my true self. Who says I’m not a shark? (esp. when sleep deprived)
ZeesKiteParticipantIt says Marbin B’Simcha. Keep on going. Program doesn’t say when to stop! {Endless Loop}
ZeesKiteParticipantyid.period:
Non-males (as you put it) are not heimish? I think non-males are more in charge of the “Heim”.
There a non-males here as well as non-non-males (non-females). Then there are CONCEPCTS, neither non-non-male, nor non-non-non-males. Take me, for instance. As one fine poster refereed to me as “she, he or IT”.
ZeesKiteParticipantHi humans. Back from collapsing on a (was that a bed?) for 3 hours. Feels so good to be able to think.
ZeesKiteParticipantI also agree with my friends…
My screen name happens to be my first name, last name & all my children’s first names. Don’t know, ask Mommy.
ZeesKiteParticipantRebbe Zaidy: I think I heard of a chazal that says “anywone who has a sick person in his house should go to a Chacham, and should beg mercy”. Could be it’s even in a Gemarah somewhere (you’re a zaidy, you should know). Point is “he should go to a Chacham”.
ZeesKiteParticipantTo get through the day I think I’ll close one eye at a time, or maybe better yet, operate in sleep mode.
ZeesKiteParticipantWho cleans the coffee room?
ZeesKiteParticipantBina: “both very nice people…” Thanks, from me and my alleged look-alike. She wrote she’ll be back after Pesach. (truth is I REALLY should follow, I have TONS to do, I just enjoy it here too much!!)
ZeesKiteParticipantOK. Lets have some more fun. Are you absolutely sure I’m not eclipse?
ZeesKiteParticipantChilul HaShem is for Yidden. The common misconception is for non-Jews but it is not so. If the deed is Halacha, then there’s no problem, that is Kiddush HaShem. For a man to show his tefilin in public, indeed to do any mitzvah – that is Kiddush HaShem – doing HaShem’s ratzon. We have to be Shem Shamayim Misyahev Al Yadecha, HaShems name should be loved (to others) through you.
ZeesKiteParticipantMay I try to rephrase the above? “The Kaliver Rebbe in Williamsburg ADMITS women.”
ZeesKiteParticipantI am very grateful to read everyone else’s gratefulness. Today the Yea’s beat the Nay’s (so far). Horay!!
C’mon people, HaShem made sunshine for a reason!!!
ZeesKiteParticipantChazal say one the Pasuk ????? ?’ ?? ??? ????, Hashem listens to the voice of the afflicted, sometimes faster than others – his mother was also crying. One more, another Pasuk says ???? ??? ???? so Chazal note right after that the Pasuk says ?????? ????.
You’re in a bind, you have the tears – use them. They’re powerful, extremely potent. Direct them towards HKBH. ????? ???? ?? ?????.
Let us all know WHEN you’re answered. It’s only fair!!
ZeesKiteParticipantIs there a way, maybe like the one who made the Jewish calendar, to ‘Good Shabbos’ automatically all future Shabbosim, without user intervention?
ZeesKiteParticipantFor some reason HaShem in his kindness see fit to GIVE us carriages when we need it. It’s the second time we acquired a good decent baby carriage (b’chinam), exactly when we needed it. ??? ??? ????? ????? ??
ZeesKiteParticipantOK. Here’s a new feature for you.
<Click Here Not To See This Again>
That should help.
ZeesKiteParticipantA Good Shabbos (Mevarchim, HaChodesh) to all!
ZeesKiteParticipantAnd I once heard that tzaros are sometimes in place, to cause one to daven and connect to HaShem better. Tzaros are for Tefilah, not Tefilah for Tzaros.
ZeesKiteParticipantDoes anyone know if there is a limit to how many threads per hour the CR computer operating system processing unit can handle. I’d rather not burn it up. TOO MUCH FUN HERE!
ZeesKiteParticipantThat’s why I HAVE TO work in overdrive, to create new ones!
ZeesKiteParticipantI have a younger brother who’s very talented. He can play music from almost any instrument. He’s knowledgeable in most sciences and histories, both Torah and secular. A bit kabbalah too, I think. Like a walking encyclopedia. He can even figure out some posters!
ZeesKiteParticipantZeesKiteParticipantk4s: It’s exclusively for silly and non-silly personalities.
ZeesKiteParticipantcofeefan: Just because you’re not ‘special’ doesn’t mean you don’t have to like yourself. It means you joined my special un-special club.
ZeesKiteParticipantWe were once Zoche(!!) to have one for some time. Occasionally she wasn’t dressed so tzniusdik – and we have all ages/genders around – so we asked her to change into one of ours, she obliged. Try doing the same. Spritz it up good first.
