YW Moderator-99

I would like to thank everybody for wishing me a Happy Birthday.

I now should technically change my number to YW Moderator 001. If you remember, I said the numbers are the moderators ages backwards. I am just to lazy so I will keep it at 99. Also I want to feel younger.

The mods saved me a piece of cake – it was really good. Thank you!

A lot of times I moderate from my phone. (It’s not so easy, but I got the hang of it.)

I wasn’t able to see the bed properly on the phone.

I’m just seeing it now for the first time. It’s awesome.

Ok – I’ll be truthfully honest with everyone. I have a job other then moderating. Although moderating is a full time job.

There are many times that I moderate and can’t answer even if I want to! Because I know I will get into a conversation. There are times that there are long pauses as there are times that we aren’t all on. We are all from America, so it makes it a little harder especially for the people in Israel.

The past few weeks, I’ve been working very hard at my other job as a few projects that I’m working on are all peaking now. It has limited my moderation time. But we have good news….

We have a new moderator coming up any day now. He is finishing up his final courses at YWN University and pending the passing of his final and his physical, he will have amounted enough credits to get his official moderator degree.

He is a com mentor on the CR but please don’t waste your time guessing as we won’t disclose it.

We are working on creating even more moderators. It is a top priority here as we realize it is an issue at hand.

I could alwys use someone to do graphic design – but that doesn’t equate with food.

A new couch? How about a queen size bed. I don’t know what I’d do with it because it won’t fit in my room, but that always my dream as a little kid.

But before I became a moderator, I was vouched for by a memeber of the YWN staff.

I haven’t been gone – I was here the entire time watching the chatter flourish and the moderation panel filling up by the second. (Of course trying not to fall asleep on the couch while moderating.)

I could only speak for myself, but when there are a bunch of posts to moderate I always moderate the shorter ones first, that way they can go up as fast as possible. When the short ones are done I move to the big ones.

I’m gonna officially go with Latkes!

They’re just so delicious especially with applesauce on them!

I didn’t mean to ignore you, I feel bad you felt that way. Sometimes a straight out formal request to the powers at be is better then subtle hints.
