Thats just because most “Traditional Jewish” food is really bland and boring.
i dont think so
cholent with onions and garlic
chicken soup floating with schmaltz and a strong leek taste
pickled or matjes herring
gefilte fish with pungent horseradish
moo goo gai pan
YW Moderator-80MemberPerjury is the legal definition for lying under oath (anywhere)
absolutely not
i can administer 10 oaths of truthfulness to you and have you sign 10 attestations that you didnt borrow my pen, and have all this witnessed, and when you admit you borrowed my pen you cannot be prosecuted for perjury. government invasiveness has not yet reached such as a ridiculous level as applying perjury to 2 private parties. whether individuals or an private businesses.
fraud? it depends, but perjury? no

wife, casually: “so, what did you think of the food?
me, equally casually: “it was okay”

i can confirm what mybat said
her cooking is unbelievably good as well as very interesting and different from what one usually finds.
i didnt share my enthusiasm for her cooking with my wife
YW Moderator-80Membernoithing?
YW Moderator-80Memberi dont believe it
it is not in a court of law
you did not take an oath
there is no secular law about lying to someone
perjury is lying under oath in a court of law

YW Moderator-80Memberblinqui is tres elegant
but blinquie is tres elegante
YW Moderator-80Memberpinky and stinky are names of commoners
blinkie is an aristocratic name derived from the ancient anglo-saxon empire and is therefore spelled in the original form
YW Moderator-80Memberblinky really should be spelled blinkie
YW Moderator-80Memberif you do post the link make sure you enclose it in code.
if you need help, let me know
YW Moderator-80Memberhe got it from me
happened in that thread where you mentioned the nemesis with the black cloud, but the day before your post.
YW Moderator-80Memberi dont think it is appropriate to have descriptions and images here of the details of what is not tznius dress for women
YW Moderator-80Memberi did copy paste (except one little teeny character)
YW Moderator-80Memberthe same lady as in the above story

YW Moderator-80Memberguilty as charged
as i said:
often the answer to a riddle is dafka in an unusual interpretation of the question
thats why you cant necessarily answer based on the typical meaning of a phrase
especially when the answer based on the simple interpretation is obvious
YW Moderator-80Memberarc there is some ambiguity in how the question was phrased.
see my previous posts

YW Moderator-80Membertriplets
YW Moderator-80MemberI don’t really understand your logic on how the answer could be 1st place
if being overtaken is considered the very last moment of the process of overtaking then your question would imply that the person “in 2nd place” was in 2nd place after you had overtaken him and then you would ergo be in 1st place
YW Moderator-80Memberif you are overtaking the person in last place either you entered the race in the middle illegally or you exist in a dual quantum state.
otherwise you cant overtake the person in last place because if you were behind him YOU would be in last place
YW Moderator-80Memberit should be noted that Agent answered this about 40 minutes ago but that post was only now put up (sorry)
YW Moderator-80Memberno it doesnt help
so ill answer it both ways
most likely you are referring to before the overtaking which would mean you are now in 2nd place.
if you are referring to the less usual syntactical construction then you would be in 1st place.
final answer based on the most likely statistical assumption:
2nd place
YW Moderator-80Memberthere are a variety of points included in the less than zero magnitude implied by the term “overtaking”. one of these points is the culmination of the overtaking which is the point that the overtaking was completed, at which point the person originally refererd to as being in 2nd place would have been formally “overtaken” in other words “overtaking” can be considered to be inclusive of the first and last terminal points.
now if you are willing to answer my question, we may proceed to the distastefully simple task of answering your most elementary riddle.
YW Moderator-80Memberfirst answer my query and i will posthaste answer yours
