i interpreted the response as he did

he did go on to describe how women in his community learn certain Halachos, making the “yes” somewhat ambiguous, but he did answer “yes” in response to a direct question.

there are thousands of people who read the posts here every day. we have no control whatsoever as to who can access this site. we have no way to enforce age requirements for posting either.
we try to make sure that all posts are appropriate for all teenagers and adults. as for children it has to be left up to their parents to monitor what they read.
i am not stating any kind of official policy, only YW Editor can do that. i am just stating what i as a moderator try to accomplish, among other things.
