There is nothing wrong with asking how bad things can happen, and what we need to learn from it. There is nothing wrong with asking how it can happen to people who seem to be oseik bamitzvah. There is, however, something wrong with speculating what may have gone wrong with these particular people or with this particular tragedy. That is not a question, that is speculation. And this is not the time or place for that. We do not know why things happen. The best we can do is determine what we need to learn from it and strengthen our emunah that all that happens is l’tova.

In answer to your second post : divorce is a negative. The question was whether or not that negative affects the child who experiences it negatively. This question implied (stated) that people who work behind counters may not be intelligent. I see quite a difference.
It was an innocent question but not a thoughtful one. You may have forgotten to consider how many of your audience work behind counters before posting. It may have affected your wording and may be responsible for some of the “negative responses”.

Lior – Although the post I have deleted is not in violation of any CR rules, I see that your words are “hitting the wrong buttons” of women who are going through some very difficult times, and your subsequent post is much stronger and harsher. You are under no obligation to be sensitive, but I don’t think this is the time or place for that post.
When trolling, make sure you submit more posts that get deleted than approved.

We don’t allow threads that ask people to list things they like or don’t like about Jews or Jewish owned/run things.
